We include Conveyor Pulleys for continuous operation, improved bearing life and less power usage, which are appreciated by customers. We use heavy tubes made from steel plates to create the shell in order to provide quality conveyor pulleys. In addition, the pulley shafts are composed of carbon steel machined with the right bore and key way. Together with our Conveyor Pulleys collection, we are also able to give taper lock bushings.The pulley drum is grooved with rubber lagging properly to resist slippage and the shafts are equipped with anti-friction self-aligning ball bearings

Return Idlers

Carrying Idlers

Conveyor idlers are used to carry or convey conveyor belts filled with bulk material. Depending on the requirement and their applications, these carrying idlers are made from various materials such as heavy guage steel tubing or seamless steel tubing. These idlers are specifically built to provide long-term smooth transition of bulk material and are available with impact rings made of a special compound that absorbs shock.

Troughing idlers are use for conveying bulk materials, and are designed and manufactured with Troughing angels of 20° and 30° normally. Idlers of 45° trough angle or any other angle are also manufactured as per customer’s design and drawings. We can also design manufacture and supply 5 rollers type idlers. Mounting brackets are manufactured out of standard steel sections to have rigidity and stability of the frame. Shafts are manufactured out of Carbon steel bright steel bars suitable for any torsional load and bending movement.

Self Aligning Idlers

Our Self-Aligning Idlers ensure that your conveyor belts stay on track, minimising the risk of serious belt damage.

The idler ‘s side guide rollers, concave in shape, prevent the belt from running up and over the conveyor. The side guide rollers are made with high-grade urethane to minimise wear on the belt, which decreases the friction between the idler and the belt.
